Don Freese is a Business Continuity Strategist, Global Risk Manager, and Senior Executive with more than 28 years of extensive leadership experience with the FBI and U.S. military focused on crisis management, strategic intelligence, national security, and special operations. Don currently serves as the FBI Chief of Operations for information technology enterprise services worldwide. His current portfolio includes enterprise assurance, domestic and overseas production deployment, risk management, and customer service for all digital enclaves and operational platforms servicing the FBI, DOD, and the Intelligence Community. In his previous assignment, Don served as the Director of the National Cyber Investigative Joint Task Force. In this capacity Don was responsible for leading 24 partner agencies in accomplishing the nation’s top-tier domestic cyber mission through coordinating, integrating, and sharing cyber threat data enabling intelligence and global investigative and intelligence operations. In previous assignments, Don has led and worked in Counterterrorism and Counterintelligence, and on Criminal and Cyber intrusion teams in various locations in the U.S. and overseas. Don received his MS/BCSRM from Boston University and holds a Professional Graduate Certification in Cyber Security Strategy from Georgetown University.
